It is an exhibition of the main body, power cable, 7-pin → 5-pin audio conversion cable.
Connected it to DC24V, connected handset to the audio conversion cable, and turned on the power,
but can only ear noise and cannot receive.
Even if press PTT, it does not send. I don’t know if it’s because of the cable or the main body.

From the above, sell it as a complete untested for parts or non working item.

The main body has some scratches, but I think it is clean as an old one.
